Hey guys. I know I say this every time, but my inbox was full so I looked at everyone's deviations and journals, failing to comment on any of them. If you're still one of those naive people expecting a comment from me on a regular basis... stop. XD My 'quest for a higher education', as I call it, has been honestly brutal this year. I cried a lot, which says a lot coming from me. Anyone else really trying to hang on? Anyway, I've got a lot of art I want to try and get done, as I always do. I really don't have the time for it. If I've got free time, I'm usually trying to relax and get my mind of things. I probably do need a little therapeutic art, thought. Speaking of which, I'm taking my first art class by choice. I've never wanted to take one because I have a problem with people telling me what to draw and when. Creativity doesn't work that way for me. It's not so bad, but it's a basic class. There are a lot of kids in there who want an 'easy A', which doesn't happen in elective art class. Our assignments thus far have been a self portrait, no creativity allowed(fun angles... smiling), grid enlargement(yay ._.), and value gradations. So very much fun. e_o No digital art is included in this class, and I don't believe it's focused on hardly at all in any of the other art classes, either. There's one tablet, so there's got to be some kind of digital somewhere.
